Welcome to Vittoria Collections Wholesale Program. By applying for a wholesale account, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
1. WHOLESALE ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY
* Wholesale accounts are available only to businesses, retailers, and distributors.
* All applicants must provide a valid business license, reseller permit, or tax ID for verification.
* We manually review and approve each wholesale application. Approval may take up to 14 business days.
* We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.
* Wholesale pricing and benefits are not available to individuals or direct consumers.
2. PRICING & DISCOUNTS
* Wholesale pricing is exclusive to approved wholesale account holders.
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* Discounts apply only to bulk orders and are based on order volume.
3. ORDERING & MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS
* The minimum order amount for wholesale purchases is $500 per order.
* Orders must be placed through our website after logging into a wholesale account.
* We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that do not meet wholesale requirements.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
* We accept the following payment methods for wholesale orders:
Bank Transfers / ACH Payments (for larger orders)
Credit/Debit Cards
Net 30 Payment Terms (available for pre-approved accounts only)
* Payment must be made in full before shipment unless other arrangements are approved in advance.
5. SHIPPING & HANDLING
* We will arrange freight shipping. Shipping costs will be provided after order placement if pallet or freight shipping is required.
* Customers agree to pay all shipping expenses, including freight, pallet, or other delivery costs as quoted.
* Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days but may vary based on order volume.
6. DAMAGES & DEFECTS
* We carefully inspect all products before shipping.
* If products arrive damaged, you must report the issue within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
* We will provide replacements or store credit for approved damage claims.
* Returns for damaged items may be required at our discretion.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
* Wholesale orders are final sale and non-refundable.
* Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.
8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & POLICY CHANGES
* We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account if:
False information is provided during the application process.
Wholesale pricing is misused or shared with unauthorized individuals.
Orders are not placed within 6 months, indicating inactivity.
* Policy updates will be communicated to active wholesale account holders.
9. AGREEMENT
By applying for and using a wholesale account with Vittoria Collection, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your wholesale account.
